Montessori-Based Curriculum
Our program provides an opportunity for pre-schoolers age 2.5 – 6 to learn and grow through concrete experiences, art, music, nature and play. During these “magic years” children are supported to develop a love of learning through individual and group work while their social, cognitive needs and unique spirits are nurtured throughout each day.

Founded by Community Members
After the September 2013 floods in Colorado a group of parents in Lyons came together to start this new non-profit, Montessori-based preschool. Funded locally and designed thoughtfully, Lyons Valley Preschool is truly community owned and supported.
